Marching Order

In Marching Order, the soldier carried his entire kit including the Pack. These views show the complete W.E. Patt. '14 as worn in Marching Order.

Note: There are two things wrong in these pictures. First, as my expert consultant has noted, the Braces are installed incorrectly on the Pouches. The Braces should pass in front of the Pouch straps, so that the buckles face to the front. Second, the Pack straps shown in these pictures are actually Australian Pattern 1915, not Pattern 1914. At the time I took these pictures, I hadn't yet gotten my pair of Pattern 1914 Straps. Both of these errors will be fixed in future.
