Japanese Pattern Equipment -

Official Documentation

A List of Changes paragraph covered the Frog, but no LoCs have been noted for the other items.

The Pattern appears only in the 1920 Price List of Emergency Pattern Stores. On the basis of this listing, just one type of Pouch was used, these being the Front pouches in Japanese service. However, one K.O.S.B. photograph plainly shows the larger Rear pouch being worn (on the left), in conjunction with the smaller Pouch on the right.

The Frog, brown, bayonet, “J”  was listed separately in the 1920 Priced Vocabulary of Stores.
